"Unfortunately, we got our stair lift somewhere else. I wish we had used Country Home Elevator in Brighton, Mo. Several things went wrong with the stair lift and then it just stopped working on Friday night. We had company and the only way my father could join in the festivities was to use the stair lift. We were so frustrated with it. And to make things worse, the company we bought it from was not open on Saturday and had no emergency number for their elevator equipment. My brother got online and found a phone number to another dealer which happened to be Country Home Elevator. It was after hours and we had to leave a voice message. We just knew no one would return our call - remember this is Friday night. Within a few minutes Craig Jones from Country Home called back - we were amazed and very grateful. Up front we told Craig that we did not buy the stair lift from them but asked if he might be able to help us. Craig talked us through it and we got the chair lift working.
